  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh dill optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Salmon:

  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the mixture generously over each salmon fillet.

Bake the Salmon:

  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the fillets.
