  • 1 cup milk for dipping cookies
  • For the Cream Layers:
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Begin by crushing your favorite cookies, like graham crackers or Oreos, into fine crumbs.
  • In a big bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter or margarine until it looks like coarse sand.
  • Use a baking dish or casserole pan. Spread half of the cookie mixture evenly across the bottom to form a solid layer.
  • Now, make the creamy filling. Mix softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and a bit of vanilla extract until it's smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie layer, making sure it's even.
  • Top it with the rest of the cookie crumb mixture, pressing down gently for another even layer.
